About Us
The Ejiro & Otive Igbuzor Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-partisan Foundation established under Nigerian laws to promote Community Development, Women Empowerment, Education and Leadership. Many Communities in Africa live in very bad conditions and the quality of life is lamentably poor. Women are marginalized, oppressed and violated. The state of education is not only poor but there are challenges with access, quality and relevance. There is a lack of committed, dynamic and visionary leadership. The Foundation believes that these problems can be addressed through research, training, advocacy, support and mobilization for change.
The Ejiro & Otive Igbuzor Foundation is formed to address these challenges and help to transform the practices, systems and institutions that produce underdevelopment, women oppression, poor education and bad leadership.
